• A specially fabricated for cNw solid steel mounting bracket helps support fork legs. This heavy gauge bracket is shaped with a tool press using custom made dies and the critical dimensions are laser cut. Made in the USA

• There is also a optional fender available that has the mounting bracket welded rather than riveted. This gives it a cleaner look as you can see on all of the late model cNw builds in the gallery. It's also quite a bit stronger. The welded area is left unfinished and needs prep before final finish is applied

Note: This fender will not fit with a 4.10 tire size. The sidewall on that tire is to tall and the fender does not have enough adjustment to clear. Fits well with a 100/90-19″ size tire

Chrome option: I can also offer the fender chromed. This is based on the welded version. I may have some in stock but if not, 6-8 week lead time to have it chromed. The chrome shop I use do great work but its an expensive process these days. Check in with me to get the current price on the chromed fender.
